Key Responsibilities • Respond to individual and group life insurance inquiries via phone and email. • Issue and apply premium payments, generate invoices, and resolve account discrepancies. • Process policy changes and maintain accurate records. • Manage incoming documents through the document management system and follow up as needed. • Multi‑task efficiently, including assisting customers while navigating multiple software systems. • Identify payment inconsistencies and communicate outstanding obligations to clients. • Provide solutions to routine issues and escalate complex problems to management. • Adhere to performance expectations, policies, and procedures. • Participate in ongoing training and support cross‑training efforts within Life Operations. Qualifications • Required: At least 1 year of customer service experience; basic computer and data entry skills; proficiency with MS Office. • Preferred: 1–3 years of office or administrative experience. • Competencies: Strong problem‑solving, time management, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and adaptability to frequent change.
