Maintains resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality. Promotes resident acceptance of support plans and responds promptly to overall resident needs. Qualifications Caregiver MedTech qualifications include: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) as per regulation. Must be at least 18 years of age. • Experience with service for elders is preferred. • Successful completion of state medication approved administration course and direct care programs. • CPR/First Aide or successful completion after hire. • Basic knowledge of computers required.
