In this role, you'll perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography while serving as a trusted resource for patients and collaborating closely with radiologists and the breast care team. What You'll Do • Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures in accordance with ARRT and MQSA standards. • Ensure image quality while maintaining patient comfort, dignity, and safety. • Educate and support patients throughout the imaging process with empathy and professionalism. • Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to provide timely, accurate diagnostic information. • Participate in quality assurance and maintain compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. • Assist with general radiology procedures as needed. Qualifications Required • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. • ARRT Registered (R) • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to provide care to patients across all age groups. Preferred • ARRT Mammography Certification (M). • Previous mammography experience in a hospital, outpatient, or breast imaging center. • Experience with both screening and diagnostic mammography.
