This is an opportunity for someone with a mechanical background who wants steady work, hands-on experience, and room to grow over time. Position: Skilled Mechanical Laborer What You’ll Be Doing: Work alongside lead installers on installs of: Trash chutes Compactors Dumpsters Recycling equipment Report to the shop each morning before heading to job sites Assist with mechanical installation, maintenance, and repairs Transition over time from installation work to service teams Follow safety protocols and job-site procedures Perform other duties as needed to support the crew Qualifications: 1–2 years of mechanical experience (plumbing, welding, HVAC, or similar skilled labor) or related schooling Ability to use basic hand and power tools Ability to read and understand basic plans and schematics Ability to lift up to 50 lbs OSHA 10 certification required Strong work ethic and interest in long-term employment Pay Range: $22.00/hr. - $25.00/hr.
