Available Positions: Finish Carpenter You’ll be responsible for the final touches that bring a space together – from installing trim and cabinetry to custom-built features and detailed interior woodwork. Key Responsibilities: Install doors, windows, trim, crown molding, baseboards, cabinetry, and other finish materials Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and design specs Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and finish quality Collaborate with other trades and team members on job sites Maintain a clean and organized work area Ensure work complies with all safety standards and building codes Shop Carpenter As a Shop Carpenter, you’ll work in our production facility, helping to fabricate custom wood components, cabinetry, and millwork. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a controlled work environment and values accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials based on design specifications Operate woodworking machines and power tools safely and efficiently Interpret detailed drawings and build to exact specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment Collaborate with project managers and install teams to meet deadlines and quality standards Qualifications (for both roles): 3+ years of professional carpentry experience (finish or shop, depending on role) Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Familiarity with safety practices and OSHA guidelines Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs Excellent time management and communication skills Pay Range: $28.00/hr. - $35.00/hr.    Now in our 4th decade, Resource Options, Inc.
