Position: Residential Lead Remodeling Carpenter Responsibilities:   Lead and execute residential remodels: kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and full-home upgrades Perform advanced framing and structural modifications with precision and safety  Deliver top-tier finish carpentry—doors, trim, crown molding, cabinetry, built-ins, custom millwork Read, interpret, and build from blueprints, architectural drawings, and design plans Oversee helpers and carpentry teams, ensuring schedules, quality standards, and workflows are met Install windows, doors, drywall, flooring, and other interior/exterior components Utilize hand and power tools to fabricate, repair, and install framing and finish materials Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members Qualifications:   10+ years of residential remodeling experience – lead experience required Proven ability to manage jobsite operations and mentor junior carpenters Strong background in framing, structural carpentry, and high-end finish work Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexibility for overtime as needed Reliable transportation and full tool set Strong, verifiable references reflecting skill, reliability, and professionalism Pay Range: $33.00/hr. – $36.00/hr.
