The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate shipment of products while maintaining safety and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: • Leading and training a team of forklift operators in outbound operations. • Overseeing loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring proper documentation. • Monitoring workflow and productivity to meet shipping deadlines. • Conducting safety inspections and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. • Collaborating with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize processes. Qualifications: • Proven experience operating forklifts and leading teams in a warehouse setting. • Strong understanding of shipping and logistics procedures. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
