Case Management Supervisor Location: Itasca, Illinois (On-site / Community-based) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $72,000 - $77,000 annually Date Posted: 9/8/26 About the Role Clarvida is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to provide leadership and supervision to a team of approximately five Case Managers supporting children and families involved in the child welfare system. In this role, you will oversee case assignments, guide clinical and case practice, and ensure services are delivered in a safe, compliant, and family-centered manner. This position is primarily supervisory but may carry a limited caseload as needed to support team operations. The role also participates in an on-call rotation to provide evening and weekend support to Case Managers.
