Ensure operational feasibility and alignment with brand standards. Financial Acumen Ability to manage P&L, optimize revenues, control costs, and improve asset profitability. Asset & Portfolio Management Experience managing multiple hospitality assets for operational efficiency and strategic outcomes. Contract & Vendor Management Skilled in negotiating, managing, and monitoring contracts for services, equipment, and supplies. Procurement & Sourcing Knowledge of procurement processes for specialized equipment and materials. Project & Design Coordination Ability to oversee renovations, refurbishments, and design projects ensuring operational feasibility. Data Analysis & Reporting Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking, reporting, and insights generation. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensures adherence to operational guidelines, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
