We are seeking an experienced Experience Producer to help bring some of the company’s most innovative technologies to life through high impact events, product demonstrations and experiential activations. This role sits at the intersection of technology, culture, creativity and live experiences. You will work across product, marketing, creative, engineering and agency teams to develop and execute memorable experiences that showcase emerging technologies, including AI, VR and wearable products. The team supports major industry and cultural moments including CES, GDC, Coachella, the Super Bowl, NBA All Star events and other global experiences, along with Meta events such as Connect, product launches, press events, partner activations and policy events. Qualifications: • 5+ years of client facing experience in event management, experiential production or a creative agency environment • Demonstrated experience producing large scale, complex events and experiences • Strong program and project management capabilities with an operational mindset and exceptional organization • Experience with VR, AI, emerging technology or technology driven product experiences • Experience coordinating both in person and virtual events • Strong cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience • Experience working directly with senior and executive leadership • Experience managing agencies, vendors and production partners • Experience managing production budgets • Familiarity with standard project management tools and methodologies • Ability to assess event related data, metrics, trends and reporting • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills • Strong judgment and the ability to provide timely, practical and proactive solutions Preferred Experience: • Hands on experience with consumer technology or wearables • Experience with VR, AR, AI or immersive product demonstrations • Global event and experiential production experience • Experience working within a large, matrixed global technology organization • Experience supporting both B2B and B2C events • Experience producing experiences connected to sports, entertainment, fashion or luxury • Working knowledge of creative production processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams • Basic technical troubleshooting capabilities with devices and live product demonstrations This team is responsible for more than producing events. It owns the product experience within the event, including how products are integrated, demonstrated and experienced by attendees. You will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of emerging technology while supporting experiences that span major company initiatives, global industry events and some of the most recognizable moments across technology, sports, entertainment and culture. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing the operational complexity of a major event, collaborating with creative and technical teams, working directly with stakeholders and solving problems onsite when the unexpected happens.
