What You Bring: What skills & experience you will bring to us • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline • Postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, project logistics, or freight forwarding operations • Proven experience supporting project logistics, specialized cargo, or multimodal transportation activities • Strong understanding of Air & Ocean freight forwarding processes, project cargo operations, and supply chain management • Experience managing customer relationships, commercial proposals, and operational coordination activities • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced operational environments • Strong customer-centric mindset and commercial acumen. Preferred Certifications & Professional Credentials Candidates with the following certifications or credentials will be preferred: • Certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, or Project Management • Exposure to project cargo operations, heavy lift logistics, and multimodal transportation frameworks • Knowledge of freight forwarding operations, transportation regulations, and commercial governance practices • Professional Certification in Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, or Commercial Operations programs • Experience within logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or infrastructure project industries
