Role Purpose Lead MSI Module manufacturing operations to achieve world-class performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP). Drive operational excellence across Module Assembly, Test, Burn-In, Inspection, and Pack processes while ensuring customer commitments, productivity targets, and continuous improvement goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership * Manage daily production execution to meet output and shipment targets. * Drive capacity utilization, line balancing, and workforce optimization. * Lead production recovery plans and escalation management. * Ensure stable 24/7 manufacturing operations. Safety & Compliance * Champion a zero-incident safety culture. * Ensure compliance with EHS, LOTO, cleanroom, and regulatory requirements. * Lead safety observations, audits, and corrective actions. Quality & Performance * Deliver best-in-class yield, quality, and productivity. * Reduce defects, scrap, rework, and customer escapes. * Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. People Leadership * Lead supervisors and production teams. * Develop talent, succession plans, and employee engagement. * Drive accountability, coaching, and performance management. Continuous Improvement * Leveraging Artificial Intelligence & Applying Artificial Intelligence * Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and Smart Manufacturing initiatives. * Improve OEE, Cycle Time, labor productivity, and operational efficiency. * Utilize data analytics and factory dashboards to drive decisions. Experience * 12 to 15 years in manufacturing operations. * 8+ years leading high-volume production teams. * Semiconductor, Module, SSD, or Electronics Manufacturing experience preferred.
