This role involves marketing available units, conducting property tours, processing lease applications, preparing lease agreements, and ensuring a positive resident experience while helping achieve occupancy goals. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online. • Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and features. • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects. • Process rental applications, verify documentation, and screen applicants. • Prepare lease agreements and explain lease terms and community policies. • Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files. • Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives. • Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures. • Address resident concerns and communicate maintenance requests. • Help market the property through social media, community outreach, and advertising. • Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean, organized, and welcoming. • Meet monthly leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals. Qualifications: • High school diploma. • Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or property management preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent customer service and sales abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, OneSite). • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
