The company is seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an evening or night shift at a long-term care facility near Hannibal, Missouri. This is a 13-week contract providing direct resident care and coordinating with the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and facility policies. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Monitor residents' conditions, recognize health changes, and report concerns to appropriate professionals. • Document nursing assessments, medication administration, treatments, and resident progress accurately. • Assist with activities of daily living while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety. • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care. • Follow infection control procedures and established safety protocols. • Respond to resident needs and medical emergencies during scheduled shifts. Qualifications: • Active Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. • Minimum 1 year of LPN experience. • Previous long-term care (LTC) experience required. • BLS certification required.
