A leading law firm is seeking a Trust Coordinator for its Boston office. The Trust Coordinator provides direct administrative support to assigned Trust Advisors and a small group of Wealth Management clients. Responsibilities include helping administer assigned accounts in accordance with their governing documents and supporting Trustees in administrative decisions. The role handles routine and non-routine client transactions such as bill-paying, account maintenance, payment of domestic household help, insurance matters, and gifting programs. The coordinator responds to internal and external client inquiries, screens calls, and manages email, voicemail, and client mailboxes. They also draft and revise letters, memorandums, charts, and family trees from templates, process time-sensitive mail, schedule client meetings, and maintain the department’s electronic filing system. Additional duties include vacation and overflow coverage for the team and special projects such as grant program administration for client foundations, large family-fund mailings, and research. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in a financial services setting; estate and trust experience is a plus. The role calls for strong organizational and project management skills, the ability to work with multiple supervisors under firm deadlines, excellent written and verbal communication, a professional demeanor, and strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. The anticipated salary range is $70,000–$90,000, plus a discretionary performance bonus.
