We are seeking an experienced Regional Catering Sales Manager to drive catering sales growth across multiple restaurant locations throughout Southern California. The ideal candidate has a proven background in restaurant catering sales, corporate catering, and hospitality business development, with demonstrated success acquiring new accounts, building corporate relationships, and increasing catering revenue. Benefits & Compensation • Competitive base salary up to $95,000 plus commission • Performance-based incentives • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage • Paid time off and flexible scheduling • Career growth opportunities within a stable organization • 401(k) retirement plan Requirements & Qualifications • 5+ years of restaurant catering sales experience, including corporate catering sales and business development. • Proven success generating new restaurant catering accounts and increasing catering sales revenue. • Strong background in B2B sales, outside sales, prospecting, lead generation, and new account acquisition. • Experience managing regional catering sales territories, multiple restaurant locations, and corporate catering accounts. • Demonstrated ability to develop catering sales strategies, manage sales pipelines, and achieve revenue targets. • Strong experience with cold calling, client presentations, networking, negotiation, and closing sales. • Experience managing existing corporate catering accounts and developing long-term client relationships. • Experience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, revenue reporting, and performance tracking. • Ability to travel regularly throughout Orange County and San Diego County. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel. • Experience with Monkey Media catering software preferred.
