This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive hourly pay, long-term employment potential, and opportunities for advancement. Job Responsibilities • Operate production and manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently. • Assemble automotive and trailer components according to production specifications. • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. • Maintain production standards and meet daily expectations. • Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. • Work collaboratively with production teams and supervisors. Qualifications • Be able to lift up to 55lbs or more consistently. • Be able to stand for long periods at a time. • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. • Strong attendance, dependability, and attention to detail. • Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures. • Willingness to complete required training.
