Job Description *** $5,000 Sign-On Bonus *** Location: Henry Ford Detroit Department: Cardiac Catheterization Schedule: 36hrs per week plus call requirements, Rotating Shift What You Will Do • Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures by performing Scrub or Monitor functions. • Operate and maintain equipment and supplies in the Cardiovascular Lab (CCL). • Ensure patient safety by recognizing cardiac arrhythmias and responding according to emergency protocols. • Operate external cardiac pacemakers and defibrillators as needed. Qualifications Required Qualifications • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. • Graduate of an accredited program in Allied Health Sciences (e.g., Cardiovascular Technology, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Exercise Science, or Cardiac or Vascular Sonography, or equivalent academic program and experience). • Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience, preferably in Cath Lab or Radiology, and/or registry eligible. • Valid BCLS certification required; ACLS certification required within six (6) months of hire. Preferred Qualifications • Licensure or Certification in degree field preferred.
