Role Overview We are looking for a talented and passionate Frontend Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. As a critical member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our payments web applications to ensure a seamless user experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable front-end code using ReactJS. • Implement and manage state in React applications using Redux or Context API to ensure a seamless and responsive user experience. • Write unit tests and perform functional testing to ensure code quality and robustness. Conduct browser testing and debugging to optimize performance across different browsers. • Work closely with designers, backend developers, Product and other stakeholders to translate requirements and mockups into fully functional features. • Accurately convert design files (e.g., Figma) into responsive and interactive React components. • Identify bottlenecks and improve performance to ensure fast load times and smooth user interactions. • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards in front-end development. Must-Have skills • 7+ years of experience in frontend development at a product organization, with B2B fintech experience, is a significant positive. • Must have 5+ years of development experience in ReactJS, Scss/Sass. • Strong understanding of state management in React using Redux/Context API. • Experience in writing unit tests and functional testing in React. • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging. • Excellent communication skills. Good-to-Have skills • Hands-on experience in converting design files (like Figma) to React components. • Knowledge of other modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries. • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
