JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Partnerships & Operations Company NSDC Function Business Development Department NSDC Academy Location New Delhi Vertical INI Division/ Centre for Future Skills Reporting To General Manager – Institutional Partnerships Purpose The Deputy General Manager – Partnerships will drive strategic partnerships with Institutes of National Importance (IITs, IIMs, NITs, IIITs), universities, government bodies, corporates and industry partners. The role will lead business development, establish Centres for Future Skills, launch executive education programmes and ensure successful implementation of institutional collaborations aligned with NSDC Academy and Skill India Mission. Key Responsibilities · Strategic Partnerships & Business Development · Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle with academic institutions and industry. · Develop Centres for Future Skills and Executive Education partnerships. · Prepare proposals, commercial models, MoUs and Board notes. · Manage stakeholder engagement with government, academia and industry. · Monitor programme implementation, governance, MIS and compliance. Knowledge and Experience · Education Qualifications: Postgraduate/MBA in Management, Engineering, Technology or related discipline. · Experience: 12–15 years in partnerships, higher education, business development or skilling ecosystem. · Language Skills: English (Excellent), Hindi (Working Proficiency).
