Job description: Residential Elevators is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Elevator Cab Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabrication, woodworking, metalwork, or elevator construction, and a strong work ethic. This role involves assembling, fabricating, and installing custom elevator cabs according to design specifications and safety standards. Requirements • Ability to learn how to read blueprints • Familiar with woodworking tools, tape measure, drills, saws, and other power tools • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship You must: • Have a High school diploma or GED • Mechanical aptitude and ability to maintain machinery • Must be willing to work long hours if needed • Must be capable of lifting 50lbs or more and hard physical work • Must be knowledgeable and experienced in proper use of hand tools Bonus if you have: • Prior experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, or elevator industries • Military background — veterans encouraged to apply!
