This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production, and ensuring materials are available when needed to meet customer demands. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Receive, verify, and process incoming materials and supplies. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or overages. Enter inventory transactions into the ERP/MRP system. Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Shipping departments to ensure inventory accuracy. Assist with physical inventories and annual inventory audits. Verify material movements between departments and storage locations. Generate inventory reports and maintain documentation. Follow all company safety and quality standards. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to accurately handle data entry and inventory transactions. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility during the workday. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
