Wellness Concierge Job Description: The Wellness Concierge is responsible for creating memorable experiences for new and existing members with the goal of increased member satisfaction and retention. This position ensures that each member receives a customized and personalized experience, in addition to assessing the physical, social, intellectual, and emotional aspects of health.   This low stress entry-level position gives the candidate a great chance to grow in the operation or to enjoy a flexible part-time earning opportunity.   This position will work closely with the Recreation and Wellness Director and the Assistant Recreation and Wellness Director to develop and deliver the highest quality member experience the Spring Island Sports Complex.   If you enjoy engaging with fascinating people and have a dynamic personality, this opportunity is for you.  Job Duties: Organizing and managing the front desk operations  Greeting guests Scheduling wellness appointments Performing general housekeeping duties with emphasis on anti-bacterial hygiene protocols Assisting guests with use of cardio and weight machines Outfitting guests with outdoor recreation equipment Assisting with special activities (July 4th activities, Thanksgiving activities, etc.)   Creating and managing marketing materials for programs  Keeping all web postings up to date  Assisting the Fitness and Wellness teams in programming                 Schedule: Typical schedule for this position is some afternoons and mostly weekend mornings.  Candidate must be able to work some holidays, as our team shares holiday coverage.      Qualifications: High school diploma CPR/First Aid/AED Certification Available Afternoons-Evenings/Weekends/Holidays Lifting capabilities a must Reliable Transportation Strong service orientation and attitude; the ability to provide members, guests and staff with exceptional service in a friendly and professional manner Excellent organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience with scheduling, particularly in spa or wellness industry   #SIC Qualifications:
