YOUR ROLE • Provide L2/L3 production support for applications and microservices. • Troubleshoot issues related to Java applications and SQL queries. • Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using ticketing tools (Jira/ServiceNow). • Perform incident analysis and RCA documentation. • Monitor application health and ensure system stability. • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues. YOUR PROFILE • 3–5 years of experience in application or production support. • Strong troubleshooting experience in Java and SQL. • Good understanding of Microservices architecture and AWS. • Hands-on experience with Jira or ServiceNow. • Solid knowledge of incident management and RCA processes. • Basic scripting/automation using Shell, Python, or Batch. • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, ELK, or Datadog. • Exposure to AWS services and CI/CD pipelines. • ITIL certification or formal ITIL training.
