Job Description Stepan Company is hiring a Customer Services Team Lead to join our team at our Northbrook, IL headquarters location. Responsibilities include: • Service and Financial Management and Leadership: Provide leadership for the daily operations of team members to meet the needs of the customer while supporting department and company service and financial goals and objectives. • Customer Service Strategy and Process Utilization, Analytics and Metrics: Develop and implement processes, analysis, and measurements to support future growth of the company, capture the customer experience, improve service and reduce cost to serve. • Customer Service Processes and Procedures: Develop, maintain, and communicate processes and procedures to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products and information to customers. • Technology: Drive implementation of IT systems to support company operations, improve efficiencies, and meet customer expectations. Qualifications • 3+ years applicable experience required, 6+ years preferred • At least 3 years of supervisory experience required • Chemical Industry experience preferred • APICS Certification preferred • Occasional local travel required; optional domestic travel opportunities may arise based on business needs. Education • Bachelor's degree required Pay Range: $77,300 - $115,460 The salary range for this position is determined by considering a variety of factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and the location of the position.
