POSITION SUMMARY The Relationship Manager / Team Leader – Middle Market Lending is responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers while directly contributing to the origination, structuring, and management of complex middle market credit relationships. This role oversees a portfolio of privately held middle market clients (generally $100MM–$1B in revenue) and is accountable for driving new business development, maintaining strong credit quality, and ensuring disciplined risk management practices. The role serves clients across a diverse range of industry verticals, including Food & Beverage, Transportation & Logistics, Manufacturing, Distribution & Wholesale, Business Services, Heavy Contractors, Consumer & Retail, and Not-for-Profit organizations.
