Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. Develops a nursing diagnosis and establishes care objectives. Education: • Minimum Education and/or: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing RN Diploma or BSN); or if attended an approved nursing school must have two years of recent acute care hospital experience in the past three years. Experience: • One to two years’ experience required.
