## Standard Job Description * Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. * May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. * Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. * On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities. ## Basic Qualifications * Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. * Must possess at least 5+ years of related professional experience to be considered * Experience with lean manufacturing techniques and kaizen principles * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including ability to create pivot tables and perform formulas. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite ## Desired Skills * Aircraft Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair and/or Overhaul Experience * Knowledge and experience with Work Measurements and Time Standards, Productivity and Performance management, Capacity Analysis, Cost Analysis and Estimating. * Greenbelt Certified -experience leading process improvement activities, creating cells and implementing flow in one piece and batch production * Experience with Excel Macros, Structured Query Language (SQL), Tableau * Experience with Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) * Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), particularly with Production Operations and Program Offices * Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize assignments Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
