Location: Tempe, Arizona Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000 Key Responsibilities Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned categories. Conduct supplier negotiations and manage contracts in coordination with legal. Analyze spending and cost-saving opportunities. Develop and implement process improvements. Coach and review work of more junior procurement team members. Troubleshoot and resolve supply issues. Education Certifications Bachelor’s required; Master’s or advanced coursework in supply chain/business a plus. CIPS/ISM Level 4+ or equivalent preferred. Experience Technical Skills 6-8 years’ procurement experience, including sourcing/negotiation. Advanced user of procurement/CLM systems. Strong data analysis/reporting (Excel, BI tools).
