## Standard Job Description Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participates with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. ## Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years experience of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner. ## Desired Skills Familiar with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP); knowledge of Aerocode and LMAP; experience with Works independently and in a collaborative team-based environment Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Demonstrated sense of urgency, self-motivated Learning subcontract management skills/practices Experience with negotiations Ability to make business-based decisions Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or a similar industry Written and verbal communication and organization skills Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
