Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to lead key financial processes for Starbucks Ready-to-Drink (North American Coffee Partnership) with a primary focus on FP&A. This role will partner with key cross-functional partners across both Starbucks and PepsiCo organizations and be responsible for the ESP, AOP, and Close/Forecast processes. Additionally, the role will support one Starbucks Senior Financial Analyst. Responsibilities FP&A: • Lead development of the NACP annual operating plan, close, forecast, and strategic financial plans with cross-functional stakeholders • Manage NACP integration across both Starbucks and PepsiCo business planning calendars • Develop and distribute all required NACP reporting establishing content, format, frequency and distribution schedules • Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes, set targets, develop plans, conduct analyses, and measure result • Consult with senior management to identify process gaps, present data and propose solutions • Partner with Accounting to ensure close processes are conducted timely and accurately • Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed to support operational decision-making • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate key insights and status updates to senior leadership for decision-making Finance Process Improvement and Digitalization: • Champion finance process improvements and leverage technology to modernize NACP finance function Team Development and Leadership: • Manage one direct report with a focus on clear priorities, accountability, and professional development • Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development • Deliver timely feedback, offer thought leadership, and ensure the team's skills are aligned with evolving business needs Executive-Level Engagement: • Prepare high-quality presentations and conduct meetings with key stakeholders • Build strong relationships with Division Finance, Sector Finance, and other cross-functional partners to drive collaborative results Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250. • Location confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
