Job Title ICU RN - Nights Location Nashua, NH | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | Night Shift | Every other weekend required | Holiday availability required Key Responsibilities • Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process across all assigned areas • Assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques, including obtaining past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests • Participate in the planning and implementation of written care plans under the direction of a Physician • Provide ICU-level care including management of patients requiring CRRT and Balloon Pump • Float to Progressive Care unit as needed Required Qualifications • Valid State of New Hampshire RN license required • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required • BLS certification required • ACLS certification required • NIHSS certification required • Minimum of ICU experience required; prior ICU background is mandatory for consideration • CRRT experience required • Balloon Pump experience required • Medical terminology proficiency required • Navy blue scrubs required Preferred Experience / Skills • 3 or more years of previous nursing experience preferred • Strong mathematical and analytical skills • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a dynamic ICU environment with a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare team • Gain experience in a facility that values excellence, compassion, and high-quality patient care
