Job Title Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) Location Naperville, IL | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | On-Call Rotation Required Key Responsibilities • Provide perioperative nursing care for cardiac open heart, vascular, and endovascular surgical cases • Perform scrub and/or circulator roles during open heart and related cardiovascular procedures • Participate in an on-call rotation of approximately 6–8 days per month, requiring availability within a 30-minute drive to the facility • Fulfill one winter holiday on-call assignment as part of the rotation schedule • Adhere to all facility-specific protocols and credentialing requirements prior to start date Required Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in Cardiac Open Heart, Vascular, and Endovascular OR settings • Active Illinois RN License (Temporary or Permanent) required • Current BLS certification required • Must reside within a 30-minute drive of the facility to meet on-call requirements • New graduates will not be considered Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience both scrubbing and circulating open heart procedures • Familiarity with endovascular and vascular surgical workflows Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a high-acuity cardiovascular OR environment with a specialized surgical team • Consistent daytime schedule with a structured Monday–Friday shift pattern
