Job Title Radiation Therapist Location Eureka, CA | Acute Care Hospital Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities • Deliver radiation therapy treatments to patients in an acute care hospital setting • Chart and document patient care accurately using Epic • Float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility as needed • Adhere to department dress code requirements (black scrubs for Radiology) • Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day Required Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiation Therapist required • BLS certification required • ARRT (T) certification required • Valid state license — compact license must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses are not accepted • All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of candidate submission; post-submission RTO requests may not be considered • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard rates; locals within 50 miles may be accepted at a lower rate Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with Epic EMR • Flexibility to float between like units and nearby sister facilities • Prior travel therapy experience with demonstrated schedule adaptability Why Join Us • Free parking provided, with dedicated assignment parking issued during orientation • First-time travelers are welcome to apply for this opportunity
