What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience. • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills. • Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Ability to explain technical issues and recommendations in a way homeowners can understand. • Confidence presenting repair and replacement options. • Commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and following established processes. • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications: • EPA Universal Certification. • NATE Certification. • Experience with ServiceTitan. • Experience with maintenance memberships and customer retention. Join Our Team!
