Managing Attorney Foreclosure - Minnesota Job Description: Our law firm seeks a Managing Attorney for its high-volume foreclosure practice. This position requires client contact and a high-volume workload. License to practice law in Minnesota required. Specific Job Responsibilities: • Assisting with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments. • Work with and assist in supervision of paralegals and support staff. Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed. • Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution. • Develop and grow client relations.
