What We’re Looking For • General working knowledge of landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers and trimmers. • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical repairs, painting, and carpentry. • Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a related field is preferred. • Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work safely and efficiently. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team. • Dependable, professional, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities. • A positive, hands-on, “can-do” attitude. • Must be at least 21 years old. • Must be able to safely operate golf carts, landscaping equipment, and company vehicles. Physical Requirements This is an active position that requires the ability to: • Stand and walk for extended periods. • Bend, crawl, climb, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach overhead. • Safely lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials weighing approximately 25 to 40 pounds. • Work safely in confined spaces and at elevated heights using ladders or scaffolding. • Safely use hand tools, landscaping equipment, and maintenance equipment. • Work in both indoor and outdoor areas throughout the property. Full-Time Benefits & Perks Eligible full-time team members may enjoy: • Medical insurance with up to 85% of the employee premium paid by the company. • Dental and Vision insurance with 100% of the employee premium paid by the company. • Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage. • Employer-paid $25,000 basic life insurance policy. • 401(k) with employer matching contributions. • HSA employer contributions for eligible plans. • Optional FSA, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, medical gap, identity protection, pet insurance, and additional life coverage. • Paid holidays, vacation, and personal time off. • DailyPay available — access earned pay when needed. • Discounted meals on market days. • Free on-site parking. • Employee referral program • ADP employee discounts. • NMFA scholarship opportunities.
