Full description
Key Responsibilities
• Go-to-market and growth
• Define and refine the GTM strategy for Auskey in India: target segments (specialties, city tiers), pricing approach for a ~₹20k device, and key channels for B2C and institutional sales.
• Design and run growth experiments across offline and online channels (CME sessions, hospital demos, WhatsApp/LinkedIn outreach, webinars, content, communities) to generate qualified leads.
• Own core commercial metrics: leads, demos, conversion rates, pipeline, and monthly/quarterly revenue.
• Sales to healthcare professionals (B2C)
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of individual healthcare customers: doctors, residents, medical students, and home-care/telemedicine practitioners.
• Conduct product demos (in-person and virtual), articulate Auskey’s value in improving diagnostic precision and telemedicine workflows, and close sales.
• Develop and refine a repeatable sales playbook – qualification criteria, talk tracks, objection handling, and simple CRM workflows.
• Institutional and channel development
• Identify and prioritize early institutional opportunities: hospitals, medical colleges, diagnostic centres, home-care providers, government programs, and NGOs.
• Initiate and manage conversations with key decision-makers (HODs, biomedical engineers, procurement, academic heads), moving deals from pilot to scale.
• Explore and onboard channel partners and distributors for broader geographic reach once direct motion shows traction.
• Marketing and brand-building
• Craft clear, clinically relevant messaging and storytelling for Auskey: decks, one-pagers, website briefs, videos, and case studies.
• Plan and execute lean marketing initiatives targeted at healthcare professionals – KOL engagements, workshops, conference presence, medical college sessions, and digital content.
• Work with agencies/freelancers (as needed) for specific campaigns, while retaining ownership of strategy and performance.
• Strategy, feedback, and ops
• Work directly with the founder to set quarterly commercial goals and translate them into clear execution plans.
• Capture structured feedback from the field (usability, sound quality, telemedicine workflows, pricing sensitivity) and feed it into product and roadmap decisions.
• Build basic reporting and dashboards for leadership, and gradually help hire and mentor a small sales/BD/growth team as the business scales.
