What We Offer: • 401(k) • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Paid Time-Off • Employee Referral Program • Profit-sharing • Other employee incentives Essential Duties: • Monitor, maintain, and perform standard repairs and maintenance on production equipment, including motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, hydraulics, process pumps, boilers, chillers, and other assigned general maintenance duties. • Assess and resolve a wide range of on-site maintenance issues. • Perform preventative maintenance on company-owned tools and equipment. • Read, interpret, and implement work orders. • Acquire the necessary materials to complete repairs and work orders. • Document equipment requirements and maintain appropriate records of work performed. • Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED; Technical school or Certifications are highly preferred. Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role. Physical Requirements: • Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. • Must be able to use hands and fingers, talk, listen, and speak clearly. • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
