Requirements What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred • Demonstrated success in sales within the maintenance or HVAC industry • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities • Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with your team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
