Our Mission Creating a legacy through exceptional people, products, and results!Qualifications: Education: High School     Related Experience: 2 years Supervision Given: None Supervision Received: Operations Supervisor - Litchfield KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and release of work orders and review of available capacity and priorities.  Make adjustments in response to customer requirements and MRP demand per Scheduling Supervisor Conducting follow-up inquiries and adjusting work orders as necessary to meet production demand Filing, sorting, and printing of production documents Greeting visitors/vendors and other walk-in patrons. Answering phones and taking applications Data entry specific to the release and completion of work orders related to the production of trailers WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 3 – 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry as an Administrative Assistant or Assist in Production Scheduling. Understanding of ERP systems. Basic working knowledge of MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.  Interpersonal skills to interface with the Supply Chain, Customer Service and Operations personnel.  Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously taking initiative and operating with general supervision in a fast-paced environment.  High degree of problem-solving skills, ability to function effectively and independently, while serving as a member of a cross-functional team environment.  Physical Demands: Please contact Felling Trailers, Inc.
