Description The Worcester Art Museum is seeking a part-time Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support the everyday work of our HR department and help ensure that important employee and organizational processes run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, following processes through to completion, and providing thoughtful support to colleagues. In this role you will serve as a key partner to the HR team, helping to coordinate the administrative work that keeps the department responsive, compliant, and organized. On any given day, you might track onboarding paperwork, follow up on document approvals, update employee records, prepare materials for meetings, respond to routine employee questions, or help maintain HR systems and resources.
