What You’ll Own As Operations Manager, you will have responsibility for five critical areas: People • Lead, coach, and develop office staff and caregivers • Drive employee engagement, retention, and accountability • Create a culture of excellence, ownership, and service Operations • Oversee daily operations and client service delivery • Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and client satisfaction • Monitor key performance indicators and operational scorecards • Drive continuous improvement initiatives Client Experience • Ensure exceptional service delivery and client outcomes • Resolve escalated client concerns professionally and promptly • Maintain industry-leading satisfaction levels Financial Performance • Monitor revenue, staffing efficiency, margins, and operational performance • Utilize scorecards and KPIs to drive results • Collaborate with leadership to achieve growth and profitability goals What Success Looks Like Within your first 12 months you will help drive: • Client census growth • Referral partner growth • Employee retention improvement • Stronger operational accountability • Improved client satisfaction • Increased revenue and profitability You will be measured by outcomes, not activity. Preferred experience: • Home Care • Home Health • Hospice • Healthcare Operations • Senior Living • Healthcare Business Development • Multi-site Service Operations Experience managing people, budgets, KPIs, and growth initiatives is strongly preferred.
