While Mazda experience is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual who demonstrates strong leadership, work ethic, automotive knowledge, and a genuine desire to grow. What You'll Be Responsible For Work closely with the Service Department and other dealership departments to improve overall Fixed Operations performance Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively Maintain a culture focused on teamwork, communication, urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement Inventory control Purchasing and Sourcing Customer Service and Sales : What We're Looking For We are looking for a strong automotive professional who understands that a successful department is built around people, processes, accountability, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
