Join a globally recognised, multi-billion-dollar general contractor with over a century of heritage and nearly three decades operating in the US. Their Texas division is building a core leadership team to secure and deliver hyperscale and enterprise data center projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Responsibilities:
• Act as Lead Project Manager on large-scale mission critical/data center projects

• Lead client engagement and act as the “face of the company” during pursuits
• Manage project teams including PMs, Superintendents and field leadership
• Drive schedule, cost, risk and quality performance
• Coordinate with internal precon, estimating and executive leadership
• Support business development efforts across Texas or Arizona markets
• Build and mentor the core project delivery team beneath you
Skills / Must Have:
• 15–20+ years total construction experience
• Majority of career spent with a General Contractor (not exclusively subcontractor side)
• Proven experience as Lead PM on multiple US data center projects (Google, Microsoft, Iron Mountain, hyperscale/colocation preferred)
• Recent mission critical project experience (not historic from 10+ years ago)
• Demonstrated longevity (no job hopping every 12 months)
• Experience delivering complex, high-value projects ($100m+ ideally)
• Ability to lead both construction delivery and client-facing preconstruction efforts
• Willingness to be permanently based in Dallas-Fort Worth or Phoenix (relocation considered)
Benefits:
• Up to 20% performance bonus
• Vehicle or auto allowance (Senior PM level)
• 401(k) with company match
• Volunteer day each year
• Clear pathway toward Project Executive level
• Long-term pipeline of mission critical work
• Team-first culture with zero ego leadership
Salary:
• Up to $200,000 base salary
