Responsibilities: • Generate customer traffic through consistently cultivating and converting leads. • Greet Customers and assess their needs. • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget. • Conduct test drives with customers and highlight features of the vehicle that suit their needs. • Negotiate prices and financing options with customers. • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale. • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction. • Building long term relationships with our customer base. • Generating referrals from customers Benefits: • Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-term disability, AD&D, and Life Insurance • Paid time off • 401k with company match • Aggressive training program with training pay for first 90 days • Industry leading pay plan with earning potential between $75,000 and $200,000 per year. • Demo Program for qualifying Sales Associates • 5-day work week Requirements Previous sales experience preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Highly self motivated • Ability to work in a team environment • Must be organized and detail-oriented • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays • Valid Driver's License • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test
