Dealership: L0808 Audi St. Paul Lithia & Driveway/Carousel – Supporting 30 stores across Minnesota and Michigan, and Iowa including both domestic and import dealerships. As a BDC Service Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our Service departments. Your role will be key in keeping operations smooth and customers happy. What You’ll Do: • Connect with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to schedule appointments and follow up • Maintain and organize our customer database • Stay up-to-date on Audi product info, promotions, and pricing • Help convert leads into loyal customers with your positive attitude and excellent service • Coordinate schedules and keep things running like a well-oiled machine What You'll Bring • Strong attention to detail • Sense of urgency • Excellent communication • Typing – ability to type efficiently • Mathematics – using mathematics to solve problems. • Basic computer skills Total Rewards This is a hourly position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes an hourly rate at $18.00 Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
